“Called here in a state of minor emergency after getting something in my eye and waiting it out for a couple days. I explained my situation and the receptionist got me in 30 minutes later. Dr. Hector Rios is great. You can tell he really loves what he does, and is very kind, funny, and informative. The receptionist is also very welcoming. He was able to extract the foreign object and get my eye fixed up in a matter of 15 minutes. An overall great experience, I would recommend this practice to anyone.“

Her staff from the front desk to the assistants who use machines are kind, helpful and understanding that I cannot keep my eyes open when putting in eye drops. I blink too much. I highly recommend Dr. Krueger and I like the selection and cost of glasses and contacts I've had over the years since 2008.“

“I was googling Dr. Cline's number when I saw the other review here that is so opposite of how I'd review, that I figured I needed to put my opinion here to balance it out. I was sent to Dr. Cline for a vision therapy consultation for my son really having no idea why I was referred there, the other doctor was vague (understandably so, it was either my son was lying or he had a problem, no one wants to tell a client they suspect your child is a complete liar! :)) Anyway, we got there and Dr. Cline was great with my child and then called me in to "see something" and I watched my child unable to see things right in front of his face, practically despite having 20/20 vision. Once my child was sent off to the waiting room, the doctor thoroughly explained to me what he saw from my child, what he was truly sent over for to determine, and the rare syndrome that my child possibly had, but he wanted to double check after some time in specific glasses to see if he was correct. Unlike a lot of doctors, I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Cline didn't insult my intelligence by just doing the "trust me" spiel most doctors do that reeks of them being too busy to explain to people "below" them, and spent a real good deal of time explaining to me what was wrong, what could be done, where to google information to see for myself. Upon our follow up visit after special glasses use, he determined my child did have the syndrome he'd suspected, and he completely explained the why behind some very worrisome, odd behaviors that had been driving me crazy about my child. There was no salesman pressure to do the vision therapy since it's out of pocket for us, but more a genuine sharing of information so I was well informed and could decide for myself. This other reviewer seems to have had a total miscommunication with the whole office of some sort, and Dr. Cline was much the opposite of treating me like an idiot (I've been treated like that by several doctors, so I know what that's like.) Also, every financial thing they said would happen, did, and they made it clear what my insurance would and would not do up front. We did do the vision therapy with my son and after 32 weeks of hard work, my kiddo can catch a ball, can look me in the eye, is reading much faster and easier, has a ton more confidence, doesn't frazzle out with schoolwork. None of which he could do well beforehand. As I said, I was googling the doctor's number because another child of mine has different problems but they seem vision related now that I understand more of the process through my time helping my son with therapy and therefore I'm going for another vision therapy consultation for the other one because I'm sure Dr. Cline will honestly tell me if something is or is not wrong with my other child, who I know doesn't have the same rare syndrome, but seems a more normal vision therapy sort of recipient, and because the vision therapy my other child received resulted in exactly what they told me to expect so I trust them.“

I started going to child & family Eyecare a little over a year ago to see if there truly was any hope of correcting my vision. And thanks to Dr. Ann Marie Sparacino and her immense knowledge I was able to use a sort of therapy to correct my vision. Now I’m enlisted and leave in a couple weeks for boot camp.
