“I have been a patient for 5 years. The doctors and staff have always been friendly and professional. My complete visit has always been within 30-45 minutes and I haven't had to wait longer than 5 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be called back. I've also dealt with the optical for my glasses. Selection is great and the opticians are so helpful and patient. My only negative comment is there is no frame styling. Customers are allowed to peruse all games and make the decision on their own. I prefer to have guidance. Overall, I am very impressed and will continue to visit Lentz Eye Care.“

“I went on a quiet Tuesday morning. When I walked in, I met Ed and told him what I was looking for.

He was very knowledgeable and immediately went to showing me the type of frames that I requested.

I saw a pair that I liked and set it aside as a possibility. I put on another possible choice while looking and really liked how it felt.

Turned out, it was the same frame, different color, from earlier! I was happy to be able to get the purple one's that I liked.

After helping me with my selection, Ed got my information and submitted it to insurance to make sure I was covered there.

Then he entered the eye prescription and the eye measurements that he took into the computer, which he did so accurately.

I was told it would probably be 2-3 weeks...it was one! I was so excited!

I buzzed right there and again, Ed made sure they were adjusted properly before I walked out the door.

This review may sound like a shout-out to Ed, but a company is only as good as it's employees. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

But most importantly, I love my glasses! They fit great and look good, too!

Adrian is an amazing Optician and is able to fit you with the perfect eyewear which will complement your facial features. “I was recommended vision therapy due to an accident at work, I couldn’t believe the difference from the first time they did the testing on how my eyes were not working together although some of the treatments I thought this is not gonna help me and I thought they’re almost like child games but as the weeks went on and months went on after another testing, I can see such a big improvement on how that one eye was now not scattered all over the place and working together a lot better than the first time! I got faster and better at doing most of the activities they gave me and I was always encouraged. I was complimented on my achievement. Makes you feel good about yourself. Sure it takes some time to do some of the homework vision therapy at home. you know working / housework and family at the same time, but isn’t that the same with everything? Don’t you have to work hard at a lot of stuff? I truly like the staff at vision therapy . They were always so friendly and greeting me when I got there also sympathetic on other things that were going on in my life or how I had to struggle a little bit and I felt worthless thinking that I was never gonna get any better. I would highly recommend them for any other future vision problems I may have. I truly thanked them again for all that they’ve done to help me to achieve my goal.
