I highly recommend Dr Melissa at LFD. She is professional, caring, and explains everything in full detail. She treats you like a member of her family. I always feel calm and relaxed. The staff go above and beyond to make your worries of the dentist go away by being so friendly and welcoming. Dr Melissa has helped me so much.

I went in knowing I needed dental work; it was inevitable. Living in Louisburg, I had a few in-network options to choose from, so I did a LOT of research before calling Louisburg Family Dental (LFD). I read Facebook reviews, Google reviews, and even combed through local Facebook groups to see what others had to say. The moment I called, the front desk staff set the tone for an incredible experience. Whoever answered—bravo! They patiently listened as I rambled on about my past struggles with poor dentists and how those experiences made me anxious. Their kindness, understanding, and empathy immediately put me at ease. My first visit was for an evaluation and X-rays. The team was compassionate every step of the way, fully aware of my dental history. The Dental Hygienist (I wish I remembered her name!) was nothing short of an angel. She made me feel validated and comfortable, something I hadn’t experienced before. For my second visit, I had a cleaning with the same wonderful hygienist. She took her time to explain every step of the process and even taught me how to read my own X-rays! This not only empowered me but also proved that previous dentists were wrong about certain things. It was reassuring to learn my teeth were in better shape than I’d been led to believe, aside from the issues we were addressing. By my third visit, I needed fillings—and needles. Dr. Trumpp was amazing. She was gentle, kind, and incredibly patient, ensuring I felt no pain before, during, or after the procedure. She didn’t rush with the needle like most dentists I’ve encountered. Instead, she took her time, paying attention to every little detail, including minor quick fixes I mentioned. The entire process was 99% painless, which was a first for me. If I could give 100/10 stars to Louisburg Family Dental, I would. Great care shouldn’t be the exception; it should be the rule. While that’s not always the case in healthcare, it is the standard at LFD. Thank you to the entire staff for restoring my faith in dentistry!
Just finished my 1st appointment...loved it. I'm a dental "chicken" but they made me feel at ease and right at home. I highly recommend them to anyone, all ages. It's so good to have a great dental practice close to home.
