Two years after an eye exam and payment in full, they sent a bill for $5. I have called to ask about this bill that was sent two years after the appointment and they won't return my calls. In addition, I keep telling them they are mailing it to the wrong address. Obviously incompetent since Dr Graham left. Horrible business practices.

This place came highly recommended...the wait wasn't long the staff is kind but when I got my glasses they didn't get my prescription right, my lenses didn't have correct script ...the near sighted/far sightedness isn't right, N have to remove my glasses just to read anything close and the lenses didn't even have the transition lens that was already paid for which was very expensive!! I called requesting a refund but after discussing decided to go ahead order the correct lens with transition and was told would be there in a week and a half to two weeks and it's been a month now and I still haven't heard back from them! Vision Source of Liberal has been nothing short of amazing when it comes to my 10 year old son’s vision! Gage has been wearing glasses for two years now, and it has made all the difference! When he has a check up, Dr. Radcliff speaks directly to Gage, not me, which I appreciate so much! We have also been in to get his glasses tightened a few times, and the Vision Source staff has us in and out in about 10 minutes! Overall, we love Vision Source of Liberal and are looking forward to our next welcoming visit!
