Brought my cat in after an accident at home, Dr and her staff were very prompt to answer any questions i had, and explained everything very well. Cant thank them enough! Great place to bring your pets.

My 14 week old kitten had an abscess, and they were able to get her taken care of right away. As an OTR truck driver, it's hard to find good care immediately, but these folks were right there when Roxie needed them. Thank you so much for taking care of her.

I used to trust them, but this last time ruined my experience with them. I took my elderly ferret with an abscess to them. They did not put her under (even though I told them it was okay if she died while under) and they lacerated the bottom of the abscess "to drain" and sent us home with antibiotics. It didn't help. The antibiotics didn't treat my ferret. Sometimes that happens, but we were not prescribed any others to try. The laceration did NOT heal. When I took her back, they did an almost $200 biopsy that came back INCONCLUSIVE! And they never drained the abscess that was causing her eye to shut and mouth to be open!
