They are able to provide immediate attention for pets with urgent needs, and offer a range of services including surgery and medication. While not all experiences have been positive, the business is praised for its kindness and understanding when dealing with the loss of a pet, allowing owners to make difficult decisions with dignity.
We just moved to Liberal and ended up needing a vet for our dog Sadie. They were wonderful and so caring when it came to the end of Sadie’s life. Dr. Norman and her staff are fabulous.
We had to have our precious Maggie put to sleep. They were so kind and compassionate, they even gave us a condolence card that everyone signed. My only wish would have been was for them to make a plaster paw print of her.

i switched my cat to prairie pet after a bad experience at another one, she is so caring and gentle!! she also has no problem answering any questions you ask, and overall just very thoughtful! 100% recommend!!
