Coffee Talk Counseling offers a relaxed and welcoming environment for therapy, providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to children and adults in-person in Liberal, KS, and virtually throughout Kansas and Oklahoma. The team, led by Cara, is professional, confidential, and dedicated to providing excellent therapy services. Cara has a strong knowledge base and is skilled in helping clients develop coping skills, problem-solving skills, and decision-making skills. She is empathetic, caring, and understanding, working well with individuals who have been victims of crime, and is committed to her clients' best interests.
Meeting Cara, when I was suffering really bad and no light. Was my light. She has worked with me and issues and the hardest parts of life. And I’m happy to say between her and my doctor and working as a team, I am 100x better, and it’s getting easier everyday. She is realistic, in her tools, and goals as a person. And one of the best therapists I’ve met. I will continue with her for the long haul.
