She is amazing!! My grandmas dog needed some teeth pulled. She got an estimate from a couple other places and they told her it would be over $1000 dollars. Mrs. Bigelow did it for less than half of that.. She definitely knows what she is doing. Friendly staff. great place!! Highly recommend!!

My dad and I have been bringing our dogs to Janice for over a decade. We have NEVER had a bad experience with her or the staff! Not only does she treat me like family but she also treats my dogs like family as if they were her own. Her and her staff are amazing!

She handled my dog with the tenderness that I care for him. .she talk to my dog like people make fun of me for doing. She handled me like a proven mom because she knows how emotional people get over their animals and she was so kind as well as her other two staff young ladies working in our world just great and on top of all that she is very very intelligent knowledgeable experience the best she done what I was trying to get other vets to to do 2 years ago she listen to me and then she watched my dog stuck a camera down yr Jax throat and handle me as the news she was speaking. Brought tears to my eyes tears
