I bought vinyl laminate flooring for the kitchen. In less than a year the joint cracked. There response - it's my fault. I had it taken out and replace with vinyl sheet flooring. I got one year no interest to pay for it and by my second payment - it has a gouge in it. They say it's my fault. I've had kitchen flooring of various types for 35 yeas in KC with no problems. Bought from them twice and they tell me it's my fault that neither floor lasted a year. Unless they have a sale where they are GIVING away product and installation, I will never use them again, nor can I recommend them to anyone. So much help from Sara. Excellent job of getting is the best product for our needs. The installation was quick and well done Cleaning up after themselves and returning furniture to it's proper place was top notch

Ron Miles is amazing! He was incredibly patient and helpful when I chose carpet for my entire 2nd floor. The installers arrived the next week. They were done 6:30pm (lunch break included). The only complaint is they broke my sons desk. I noticed it during my final walk through. I asked why they didn't show it to me or mention it when it happened during the day. The lead guy didn't know why. I called Ron and he was on it and said to send over photos and the cost of the desk. The company denied approval or reimbursement because the installers claimed it was already broken when they picked it up and that they had photos as well.
