Our repair man was very good at figuring out the problem quickly and finding a replacement part. Going and getting the part, installing the part and had us going again in a couple of hours. We would recommend Seats Home Service for appliance repair.

Our technician was excellent, and handled our service call very well. He was very knowledgeable about our LG Washer and Dryer. He was able to service both machines, and even removed a kitchen fork from the lint filter area of the dryer which had accendently been dropped there. Service work was done in a timely manner. And he overall did a great job. I would highly reccomend this appliance service company Sears Home Services.

1st man came on 2 nd day...new (wrong) part came in a week.... had to wait I 1/2 weeks for 2 nd repairman to find out it was wrong part.... Re ordered part.... It came in 2 days.... Had to wait 2 weeks for 3rd man to put it in......waiting 24 hours to see if it is working !?!?!?!? Other than that....OK !
