I recently took some cushion covers to Pride late on a Friday afternoon. As always, they are fast and promise to have things available on Monday after 5. When I went to pick up the cushions, there was a snafu and they had accidentally been sent to the wrong location.Bailey (I'm so sorry if I spelled her name wrong) was so nice and assured me she would look into it and have someone contact me with an update if needed. I’ve been a customer for 6 months. Felt like a vip from the very first visit. Picked up my shirts & a suit tonight and received an extra bag with my Bluetooth in it. I knew I had lost it but had no idea where. Huge relief to have it back. Thankful for the great friendly service every week and for their willingness to go the extra mile.
