Preferred Physical Therapy offers pelvic floor therapy, physical therapy, and dry needling. Patients praise the therapists, stating they are kind, great listeners, and encouraging. One patient felt confident in the hands of their therapist, while another appreciated working with a therapist who is fun to talk to and cares about their patients. The staff and team are described as friendly, helpful, and creating a welcoming, safe environment with a fun and relaxed vibe. The office is well-organized, and the front desk staff, like Teri, are appreciated for their excellent scheduling skills. Therapists such as Ashley and Sidney are recognized for their knowledge, patience, and ability to work closely with patients, making the experience comfortable and effective.
The therapist here are amazing! They are so encouraging and create a safe atmosphere to recover and learn. I felt comfortable never did the staff make me feel self conscious. The front desk staff are kind and efficient with their job and will work with you if life comes up from cancelling appointments to moving them a little later in the day. I hope I don't need more PT in the future, but if I do I know where to go!
Their wonderful staff tortures me twice a week and I happily pay them to do so. They're knowledgeable and professional but still very friendly and personable. I will be returning to them with all of my physical therapy needs an will absolutely recommend them to all of my friends and family.
This has been the best PT for our disabled daughter. No one else has had the skills to help her. Front desk is always kind and knowledgeable, very quick and easy to schedule appointments.
