Christopher Bell did a great job. He was friendly and listened to what we needed and wanted. He did not make a feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy anything. He also gave us a few options to think about. Christopher was awesome.
Salesmen that came to sell the product were very informative and helpful. After project was contracted, it took several months of which I was left in the unknown. It took over six months to get my actual Room completed. Still waiting for final electrical to get done. In the end the company stepped up and is working on making things right.
I don't have enough words to express my happiness, balo and his team did a great job, answered all my questions. I highly recommend balo as the installer. Thanks patio enclosures
