Technician (via automated service) specified arrival time, technician arrived on time and was professional and friendly, i explained problem, and technician explained what he suggested. Technician fully answered any questions I had. FWIW, this is typical from our experience with Orkin.

Mike did a good job going to the basement and all the rooms on the first floor and even using a different treatment outside because it is raining and checking the traps in the basement and reporting what was in them.
