Joshua gave me the best massage today. He targeted the specific areas I requested with just the right amount of pressure. His massage techniques were soothing, yet therapeutic. Joshua started with a scalp massage and ended with a hot towel. How perfect is that?!!! On the way out, he gave me some light stretching ideas to keep my muscles happy. Very thoughtful and in-tune with my needs. :)
I just had an amazing massage with Joshua at Life Time in Lenexa at the Life spa… This was undeniably, The best massage I have ever had ! Joshua‘s attention to detail on neck, shoulder and arms, which was what I requested was amazing ….. He must use some special techniques that really cause release of tension and stretching all at the same time… I left feeling like a new person ! Go see him and get your relief!!!
I love going in to Life Time Spa to get my lashes done. I go to Darby and get the hybrid set. She does a lovely job and is always sweet! The price is more affordable than some places and it is convenient for after the gym.
