About Life Time
Life Time is more than a gym; it is an athletic country club that offers something for everyone. The facility features an expansive fitness floor, unlimited studio classes, basketball courts, eucalyptus steam rooms, and indoor and outdoor pools. Members can receive unlimited group training and individualized attention with a Signature Membership. The gym is welcoming to all, with no "fat shaming" and trainers who work with members at their own level. Recent renovations have added new equipment, and while some members miss certain old machines, the gym remains well-equipped and very clean. Members have noted that the pool is always crystal clear and the overall facility impresses both beginners and experienced workout enthusiasts. The Cafe offers delicious food, including the founder 2.0 and coffee energy bites, making it a lovely spot to relax. Additionally, the childcare provided while members work out is a great feature, with staff that is super nice. Life Time continues to be a fantastic choice for those looking to maintain their fitness habits in a beautiful environment.
Good gym overall but would be nice to walk in as a Caribbean (African) without that unwelcoming stare down from staff

Wonderful experience. Clean, plenty of workout areas for various interests and enough equipment that you're able to do your chosen exercises. Your Cafe is lovely with delicious food. Had the founder 2.0 amd coffee energy bites (SO GOOD)! Can't wait to visit again from Denver. :)
I have been a member for 3 years & have also purchased personal training weekly. I'm 60 yrs old & not typically a person who works out. My experience has been great. There is no "fat shaming". They work with you where you are. I love this place good for a novice like me and for the die hard workout junkies. They have done some remodeling & gotten some new equipment. Thanks Lifetime!
