Dr. Keil and her office staff are calm, kind and genuinely caring. Dr. Keil was thorough and I appreciated not feeling rushed and making sure I had a clear understanding. When our vet recommended an ophthalmologist for symptoms that could’ve been very serious Dr. Keil’s office eliminated any further stress. Through phone calls, emails, the visit and mail I felt the individualized care was above and beyond the routine. I truly appreciate each individual I encountered and am thankful for the level of care received.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I took my BC for ofa eyes and then my husky. They where extremely friendly, quick, clean, and communication was fantastic. They helped me so much and went completely above and beyond! I cant thank them enough! And we are definitely life time clients now!
