He made sure to let us know he was starting, asked if we had issues, and gave us a rundown when he was done.
Recently, Joshua M. visited to service the Sentracon system. He was very thorough, found all 25 sites, and replaced a few traps, providing excellent customer service. Customers appreciated his professionalism, especially since he also checked and refilled internal traps and possibly outside traps, ensuring everything was handled well despite a busy schedule.
Another technician, Deion, inspected the outside of the property, laid new bait, and set out a new bait box. He also checked inside the home and shared helpful tips on keeping pests out. Customers found him very thorough and professional, highlighting the company’s commitment to education and quality service.

I mentioined to the last tech doing the quarterly Pest Control job that previous Techs failed to check and rebait the rodent traps unless I mentioned it. He assured me he would post my concerns to ensure future Techs do the complete job and not wait for customers to point out any tasks missed
Joshua’s is the best. They will come out as a repeat for 1 bug. Their staff is always courteous and helpful both in office and field.They came back for some spiders and ants and did a cleanup out side. Very helpful and courteous.
Hunter came out and explained the work that he would be doing, the warranty that the work provided and then answered all my questions. He was so kind and encouraging that the issue was treatable and gave me extra tips to remedy our issues. I appreciated him listening and explaining the companies processes and continuing maintenance.
