Anthony is knowledgeable and thorough each time he shows up. This visit I was able to discuss our situation with the occasional wasp and he provided good insight. I also discussed our situation with bugs in the attic. Anthony provided a couple of glue boards for us to use to help monitor the crawling bugs to further develop a plan.

This review is specifically for Kyla who helped me address my issues. I had to call EcoShield because they charged me for a follow up visit that I am not supposed to be charged for. She called the local office and they told her they didn’t know why I was charged again and that they will reverse the charge. But now I have to wait 7-10 business days to see it being reversed.
