I really like that they text you the time range for the appointment & also text/communicate with you about their expected arrival time (when tech is en-route). Techs are informative, charges are appropriate & I don't feel like they are trying to take advantage of me or sell me on something I don't need. They provide good information, then let me decide w/o pressure.
Great experience with Jeff when he came out to repair our AC unit. We chatted pretty much the entire time and I learned a lot about how to maintain and upkeep the unit. Pricing was fair and I didn't once feel like he wasn't genuine. Thanks, Jeff!
