The Service was great. The technician was very thorough and even helped me with something that really wasn't in his area but he very kindly helped me out and again he was pleasant. He was professional and I would have him again anytime Loretta Colombel.
Had a fantastic experience with Aptive, and a huge part of that was our technician, Chauncy. From the start, his communication was excellent — he texted ahead of his arrival to confirm exactly what needed to be done, so there were no surprises. He treated the inside of the house thoroughly and was incredibly friendly and professional the entire time. He also took care of the exterior and documented everything with photos, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to get service this attentive and personable. If you’re with Aptive, you’re lucky to have Chauncy on the job. Highly recommend!
