Called with an inquiry for service at a hotel and when he answered he was rude and very unprofessional. He stated "Hotels suck and I rarely get my money. What do you got?" I immediately told him I would just call someone else. That is not the way to begin a good customer relationship and since we are needing service and are absolutely going to pay for services rendered, the fact that this is how he chose to begin the conversation was a total turn off and deemed him to be EXTREMELY unprofessional.
