I came here with the idea of avoiding back surgery, either a fusion or disc replacement. After my first session, I was examined and was given specific exercises and video instructions of physical therapy to do at home. This facility cares about the patient and provides thorough physical and mental health services. They are down to earth, not in a hurry to get you in and out to make money. It is a great alternative for rehab and a pleasant environment while providing TRUE care for you.
David was so knowledgeable and helpful during my daughter’s return to sport evaluation. His insights were based on multiple years experience with athletes and getting them prepared for a smooth transition back into playing the sport that they love. He also gave us a way forward and we will keep in touch on our progress. Great experience for both me and my daughter!
My son has been working with the team at Adapt for over a year. From the first phone call to learn about their services, to the PT evaluation by Jake McFarland, to the hitting development he's done with Jake Owens, it has been a great experience.
