I never waited long at all, from beginning to end. The front desk took me immediately, got me all registered. I barely sat down and was called back. I was there for a pre employment physical. Everything was great. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I had to go downstairs for blood work. I was greeted with smiles and super friendly people. I was there maybe 10 minutes. My entire experience was amazing, I so appreciate that. It made my day
I've been treated at Saint John's Urgent Care 3 times when my doctor's office was closed and I wasn't sick enough for an ER. I have always been treated quickly and with the utmost respect for my privacy. (Honestly I get seen more quickly than wait times experienced in a doctor's office or an ER.) Diagnoses have always been accurate and treatment/medications prescribed have been effective.
