Reboot Massage & Wellness offers a welcoming environment for those seeking quality massage services. The establishment is operated by Chinese immigrants, which may present some language and cultural differences. However, many clients have noted that the staff is friendly and accommodating, with some enjoying the opportunity to communicate in Chinese.
The massages themselves are highly praised for their effectiveness, with skilled therapists who focus on relieving tension and addressing specific discomforts. Clients have reported feeling significantly better after their sessions, often describing the experience as both soothing and invigorating. The pressure applied during the massages is generally strong, suitable for those who prefer deeper work. The cost of an hour-long massage is $70, considered good value for the quality received, although there is a $3 fee for credit card payments.
The facility is clean and well-maintained, featuring private rooms for massages and shared spaces for foot acupressure. However, potential visitors should be aware that appointments are not easily booked online, and phone availability can be limited. Customers have experienced some awkwardness regarding tipping, as staff may request tips before the session concludes. Overall, Reboot Massage & Wellness is recommended for its effective treatments and hospitable staff, making it a solid choice for massage therapy in the area.
I arrived right at closing time, but they still welcomed me in! It was my first visit, and I got the 90-minute massage. I walked out feeling so much lighter and completely relaxed. That kind of service is rare these days. Highly recommend this place
Sophia was nice and I was able to relax the whole time. The room was a little warm but after a while I didn't notice it. Definitly coming back to have them ease my shoulder pain.
My first visit to this establishment was over a year ago and it was very good. Today's visit was even better. Sophia and Helen were hospitable and kind, great customer service. Helen was amazing and worked out my knots and traps like a pro!!! I left feeling as if I were walking on clouds and pain-free!! The best in the area, hands down. Highly recommend. ?✅️
