This is such a great office. What a relief to get right in! I love how the owners are staffing it with PA’s and NP’s. They are incredibly efficient and great listeners.
The only negative thing is twice when I’ve come the receptionist has been absent from the front - with no way to call her. I waited longer for her than I did to see the clinician. Not good.
It was my third time going to urgent care and every time I go I am greeted with a nice warm smile and people. They are very welcoming and nice. I’ll keep going there as long as I can.
Love that we were seen quickly. Staff is friendly. Doctor explains things well.
But, I don't feel that he was thorough enough. My kid was there for a fractured toe, and though not much can be done for that, he didn't ask about pain level or advise about pain management/medication. I had to call back about that. He gave her a foot brace, but she couldn't put any weight on it for 3 days, so crutches or walking aid would have been helpful. Overall, not bad at all, but not wonderful.
