They came very fast for my service call and Austin was extremely informative and helpful. Customer service over the phone was also very professional and friendly. Would call again for future problems.

Let me start by saying WOW!!!! First off, yall better continue treating Austin like a treasure. He is literally an exceptional employee and super easy to get along with. He is thorough in his process and executing his scope of work. I also want to point out that McCann as a company was very friendly and saw that I was taken care of. Excellent customer service from office and field personnel. We called McCann for frozen pipes. They came quickly and wasted no time making repairs and checking for additional leaks. No upsales or gimmicks. All done in about 90 mins. They are an honest, reliable, family-run business. This was our second time calling McCanns. We found fair prices and great service each time. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Sincere Thanks to Molly, Danny, and Joey for the way they serve our community. Highly recommend!
