Our AC broke down on the hottest day of the year, which happened to be on a Sunday! We called Chuck's and within 2 1/2 hrs. following our call they had our unit cooling again. Talk about responsiveness, professionalism and being able to depend on a hometown business! We strongly recommend Tom Gould and Chuck's Plumbing & Heating for any of your HVAC needs.

Chuck’s plumbing is honestly a total life saver for me!! Not only are they quick to respond but their experience in plumbing & heating makes for an unbelievably quick turnaround time on providing full customer service is unbelievable. Even in a few feet of snow, you can tell that these guys and this business truly care for their customers… I wish more businesses could provide such exceptional care. ❤️
