The service that my wife and I received from Ben Ramsey and the High Plains Farm Credit team was exceptional. From my first call to their office until the processing of the loan was complete, their customer first attitude and readiness to help was on point.

Like any long distance transaction, there were questions and forms and conversations to be worked through, but with Ben's cheerful guidance and extreme promptness, in every case, the process went quickly and we always knew what was needed and how to take the next step.

I could not ask for a better experience and I can't think of a time we had a better experience working with a lender.
