The staff at the Lansing facility is amazing. Love the friendly staff and drive thru environment. Always helpful and willing to listen to small conversation. Doesn’t feel transactional. Not the next cleaners but the staff make up the difference!!! Great job team. Ms Jessica is the best employee you have and I also go to the cleaners on Fort Leavenworth.
I always receive outstanding service at Pride Cleaners. It always amazes me that the remember me and provide such personal service. I dropped off a blazer with a couple stains Monday, and I wasn’t sure they would come out. Much to my surprise, when I picked it up on Tuesday it looked as good as new!!
