It was my son’s first time at the dentist, and he was super nervous! The staff were friendly and fast and made him feel so comfortable! He left saying “I’m not afraid of the dentist anymore!” I also can’t forget to mention that I came on the wrong day, and they still fit us in within minutes. Such a great experience, and we will be coming back.
Let's begin with the customer service, which was impeccable! Julissa is the bomb, she scheduled every appointment we'll need into next year! The atmosphere at the dental office was quite pleasant! They have games, a huge magnetic board, book and play area. I didn't meet one staff member that was unpleasant, even the other patients waiting to be seen were kind. This was one incredible experience. Oh, and it was in a MONDAY MORNING!!(Shout out to the entire front desk staff for their AMAZING service.)
We love Starting Point Dental!They are excellent with kids, easy to schedule with, and appointments move quickly (very little wait time). Clean, organized, kid-friendly aesthetic, convenient, and efficient office. We’ve had nothing but positive interactions with the staff and my son loves going!
