I have had my panels for coming up on two years now and I can't recommend them enough. Every promise was kept and the investment is a no brainer. The tax incentives were described accurately and half the cost of the system has already been recouped on my last two returns. I did withdraw a good deal of money from various accounts which allowed me to use the benefit quickly but even on lower income years it continues to roll over until you use it. My summer electric bills are less than 10 dollars and my winter bills are a third of all my neighbors. Very happy with service from Ethan with Shinova. He installed our EcoFlow system and has been very professional and knowledgeable through the whole process. We had no idea Shinova has so many other services. We will be looking to Shinova for future window and roof help. So glad to have found a reputable company to work with.
We installed solar panels on our house about 3 years ago and haven’t had any problems until now. We had one of our solar panels not generating any energy or transferring any info to the system. A technician, Zach, and his team came by and determined what was wrong with the panel . They had it back up and operating in a short amount of time.
