Went in to purchase a foundation that was recommended for women over 60. For coverage and to show less wrinkles. Online it recommended NARS but I did not get that from the sales lady. She said CC cream it. It was awful color, awful texture, very sticky even after 2 hours,not much coverage at all. $47. WOW. NOT AT ALL WHAT I was expecting.

I came in with friends a week or two ago, and it stood out to me on the great service I received. I wish I had gotten her name, but she seemed like the manager, potentially. If she’s not the manager, I think she should be. My friend spoke to her for what seemed like forever while I looked around. I knew I wanted to get my face moisturizer. I went to check out and the same woman was training a newer girl at the register. They pulled up my profile, and realized I had a credit card with them. They let me know I had rewards and could save $20 if I used the card. I explained that I didn’t have the card with me. Jake was fantastic. He immediately greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help. He took me straight to the product I was looking for and gave me additional information about it that I was previously unaware of. He then helped me choose other products and took the time to show and explain proper use. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I will be visiting this store for any future needs and definitely looking for Jake!
