edit: start to end dropped PC off on a Friday they were not open on the weekend and got it back Wednesday so 3 business days total! First I'll say they were not the cheapest but boy were they the best and it's not even close. These guys went about and beyond for me. I will be upfront I am a needy customer who wants communication flowing. They did that in spades. They never once hesitated to answer any questions , fears or doubts I had. They told me upfront the prices of anything and everything I was going to have done. When I had a part that needed to be replaced he sent me a reasonable part that would work for what I needed and when I was debating on a part that he knew I really didn't need for what I'm going to be doing which means they listened to what I said he kept me from over spending on that part. Do not for one second believe any part of any review that's a 1 star they are out of their minds and likely full of crap. Would absolutely recommend , use again and trust with all my gaming PC stuff. Thank you once again guys you are the absolute best!
I had not used my desktop computer in about 3 years. I discovered I had copied off all the files before I stopped using it and had forgotten my password. Mike and his crew, unlocked my computer, gave the insides a cleaning and made sure I was up to date on 3 years of grades. The best parts did it in less than 2 business days! Thank you!!!
