Open Door Properties has been easily the best property management group through which I've rented a home. I have had four other companies beforehand, all of which had their ups and downs, but Open Door blows them out of the water. Jeff is very responsive, courteous with your time, and just a good guy all around. He doesn't nitpick maintenance requests like I've had other companies do, he just gets it done assuming it's a reasonable request, and in a timely manner, too. You won't regret working with this organization!
