I have been a loyal customer at Nail Envy for over six years. Unfortunately, my recent visits have left me deeply disappointed with the declining quality of service. On my most recent appointment, the technician did a noticeably poor job applying the nail polish. Once I got home and took a closer look, I realized just how uneven and rushed the job was.
I returned to the salon to express my concern and was asked by the manager to come back the following day. When I did, another technician questioned me and insisted on reviewing a photo I had taken to show the flawed polish. Tina always does an amazing job. They’re great about having available appointments, and the salon is consistently clean and well-kept. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always remember my name—which makes every visit feel personal. Highly recommend!
Ran in for a quick polish change on my toes.. didn’t polish anywhere near up to my cuticle and then had several toe nails completely peel off just 2 days later. Most gone by a week. All the regular polish options seem to be thick and outdated.
