I checked in at the front desk and was called back by Charmain. She took my vitals then told me the nurse (Marilyn) would be in. After Marilyn asked her questions, she sent in Dr. Hoover. Dr. Hoover was friendly and very thorough. He offered a different approach to my condition. Checkout was a breeze. The only thing they missed was asking for photo ID at checkin to verify you are who you say you are.
