We utilized the machine located inside a Menards and the experience was quick and easy. Many options for themed keys, enough to make two boys happy! Specialty keys arrived within a few days! All keys worked great.
Overall the system is easy to use. I needed 6 keys and it took about 2-3 minutes per key to be made. This is not the end of the world but 15-20 minutes feels like an eternity when waiting.
