Nice front desk lady, but the doctor is entirely too slow to have patients scheduled 15 minutes apart. I got there early, still waited over a hour. They never answer the phone, or return calls. Patients needing refills, and running out of medicine is absolutely crazy.

Dr Lee cares about her her patience office staff is lacking make morning appointments because if you see her at the end of the day and there's a prescription problem you don't get it fixed until the next day there's no emergency contact if there is a problem with your prescription there's no doctor on call that can help until the following day

Dr. Lee has been my Dr for at least 13 years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. She sees our entire family. She listens and gets to know you and makes you feel heard. Her current(07/27/2023) office staff is amazing. She's always had great office staff but right now they are the best. Maria, the receptionist is an absolute treasure. She works so hard and is so kind and goes out of her way to help everyone. Gail can literally do it all!! Susie is the best nurse, always kind and compassionate and makes you feel like you are talking to a friend. The Telehealth option has been amazing for my elderly parents.
