This was my first time trying this place out and they destroyed one of my husbands favorite hoodies! I find that to be very dishonest because y'all know that mark was not on his hoodie when we brought it in and you all didn't attempt to even disclose it or make it right! My husband was already apprehensive to bring his items and then this happened! He can't wear it and it was brought as an anniversary gift I want to know who we contact to get this replaced! I'm upset as well and do not like working with dishonest people. From the pics you can tell it hasn't been touched since we brought it home AND you can clearly see it is a big rusted iron mark! Amazing service. Very friendly owners that will do anything to give the customer what they want. Been going there for a while now and very satisfied with the way my clothes have turned out. Highly recommend.
Excel Cleaners service is excellent and their staff are very friendly and nice. They are very picky on details and try to make sure everything is correct. In my opinion, they have the best service in this town (Kansas City). Just wanna let you know guys, you need to check this place out.
