Very pushy to decide & schedule immediately. Guy was nice but seemed to kind of get an attitude when we told him we wanted to discuss it & weren't scheduling right then. Product looked nice & warranty seems great. But don't like being pressured into purchasing your services.

Cameron came to my home for a flooring quote today and I can’t sing his praises enough! He was on time, personable, informative, honest, and just an all around cool guy. I didn’t feel pressured to commit to this investment on the spot. Their installation process seems to have a quick turn around which is important with juggling kids and pets during the project. Their pricing was comparable to other quotes, but frankly I would choose Empire over the others either way just based on today’s experience. Great job Empire Today, keep Cameron out there as the face of your company as he’s doing a great job!!
