Absolutely AMAZING customer service!! I live out of state, called to place an order for birthday flowers for my mom. They went above and beyond! I gave just that I wanted some bright flowers to make her smile .... they did that and then some. I've never seen such a beautiful bouquet; so many colors and flowers! Every time I look at it, I see new flowers. The flowers are beautiful and smell amazing ..... and the customer service is what pushes it over the top. Their customer service is unmatched! If you haven't already, give them a call today!

PERFECTION! I ordered birthday flowers for my bestie. When she sent me the picture I was above and beyond impressed. They were fresh, abundant, full and OH SO BEAUTIFUL! Well done, Duane's. I even called after hours to leave a message of gratitude.

This is the choice!Duane's flowers is an easy go-to if you need flowers anywhere near the Iola area. I don't want to encourage last minute ordering, but they have come thru in the clinch for me several times. A great selection to choose from in person, but I normally call my order in and have it delivered. For me, 20 years and I haven't had a bad experience.
