Susan cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. She looked at the photo I brought in, and the next thing I knew, I had the perfect haircut. No wait time, and she didn't rush her work on me to get to somebody else. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

The customer service is amazing !! Bella Donna's staff is very kind and accommodating.They do get very busy so you can't wait until the last minute to schedule , they will try their best to get you in as soon as possible .
