“I will never be able to thank Shawn, Melinda, Shelly, and all staff at Webb & Rodrick enough! I feel they went so far above and beyond for me. My 'family' had many issues unfortunately that I can't explain because I honestly can't understand it myself. I was in there so many times, so many phone calls, I know I drove them crazy at times, I had to have. I'm not saying anything negative about other businesses in Independence, but Shawn is the only one out of 3 inquiries that even responded to me. When you have no life insurance and need help figuring it out, they just weren't interested. I will forever be grateful that my call was returned, we were able to give my mother the burial and send off that she deserved so much. I was ALWAYS treated with compassion and respect. I felt like I was their only customer at that time and that I truly mattered to them. I know they are doing their job, and they do it exceptionally well, I just felt more that I needed so badly to get me through. With that being said I will close by saying this...Thank you from the bottom of my heart for getting me through the most difficult time of my life. I will never forget anyone their, especially Shawn.“
