Lauren did an excellent job! Both my wife and I needed new lenses. I ended up getting a new frame as well. She answered all the questions we had and helped me decide on the frame I needed. Thanks Lauren!

I first went to Payton/Specs in 2024 because they were the only local place I could find that carried WileyX sunglasses. I had an absolutely stellar experience at that time, and decided this business is where I would spend my money for the foreseeable future.

Last night I returned with my wife, and the entire team (Jason, Lauren, and Gabriela) were helpful and patient as we browsed and tried on numerous pairs. We both ultimately found glasses that we chose, and made our purchase.

My family loves Specs. We have always received good service here. They do a good job of taking care of my work safety glasses.
My most recent pair they are warrantying the scratched lenses and it is taking longer than they were told from who ever is warrantying them. But, other than this waranty I've always gotten timely service from Specs.
My wife who has many pair of prescription and regular sunglasses from Specs, recently purchased some cheaper glasses from an online company. When she got them none of them were adjusted correctly.
