I’ve gone here for toner, bleachings, waxing, facials, and hair styling since 2022. The teachers have been kind and the students have been understanding. It’s important to bring in an inspiration photograph, be patient, and to choose a student who is confident in their abilities. The prices are very reasonable however I always make sure to tip since the students do not get paid for services rendered. Sometimes color is hit or miss but they always have told me whether or not my hair is healthy enough to do a service. I think this rule of transparency is what makes the school really good for salon services especially if you’re on a tight budget.
I have visited the HCC school of Cosmetology a few times for a haircutIt's clear that the students are receiving very good instructions. I walk in looking like a cave man. I exit with a good haircut after each visitWilliam
Our stylist, Reghan O'Neal was fantastic. Friendly, polite and easy to work with. She had lots of patience with a five year old. The instructors were knowdgeable and friendly also.
