I can't express how truly blessed I was to work with Tom, Shaun, & Robin during our families difficult time losing my grandmother!! Tom (all of the staff, actually) was excellent. He did not try to upsell things that were not necessary, gave us very good advice on how to celebrate out mother's life. He assisted in paperwork to keep things as simple and stress-free as possible. He really just laid everything on the table and let us decide what we wanted. I recommend working with this company in your time of need. They are excellent.
