Just started back & had Lee the Ist time she was fine & made another appointment 3 weeks later, then she quit, someone erased all her appointments. No one called me. I came in on the day of my 3 week appointment, she wasn't there. So manager called her & then Lee came in. Manger already started my on my nails. Just seems to a lot of confusion.

I love my nail tech she is amazing and does a great job. I love my nails every time I get them done. I Could not ask for a better place to get them done. And not to mention the place is always clean. So I would suggest this place to anyone.Service: Acrylic nails

Had my appt scheduled for noon, I don’t live in Hutchinson. They called at 11:24 trying to get me to come in at 3. I told them I could wait till 2 but not 3. Then they called again at 1 asking me to just come in now. The girls were super nice but overall kinda unprofessional considering them trying to switch up times and they had no cash to give change ?? Kinda found that odd. My friend and I went in for Pedis and they just weren’t good at their jobs. No gloves and messy polish application, could have done the same thing at home. Not a Sanitary place.Service: Pedicure
