I saw Audra Hoheisel, PA for Dr Kalra in allergy/immunology. I was apprehensive as I very much liked the previous PA. Audra was friendly, very thorough, had researched my file in depth, explained things in a way I could understand and respectfully made her case for a treatment I am apprehensive about, without being dismissive of my boundaries and concerns. I am thankful for this as i dont want to miss a helpful treatment if it is genuinely my best option.The lab staff was playful tho professional which brightened my day. 5 lg vials of blood taken and there was not even a small bruise... Not Sure what was going on in the lab,but my mother was standing there for about 10 mins to be check in and then we had about a 30, min wait , there were 6 people ahead of us that had been eating along time..But after the 30 min wait a man was called 3 to 4 times but was to busy talking about his service dog ..My mom then was called back .
