I had an emergency need and they got me in to see my doctor, despite having a full schedule.While I was waiting, Patty from the optical side saw me attempting to clean my glasses on my shirt and offered to clean them for me. When I took them off, she could see my nose was irritated from the nose pads and made a quick adjustment that immediately felt a lot better. All this was volunteered by the alert and caring staff member. When I got to the optometrist, Dr Ritter and her staff listened patiently to my rambling and, after a few tests devised a treatment plan. I couldn't ask for better treatment.
I was very pleased with everyone I delt with. The customer service great.I saw Dr. Disken for the first time and I really liked him. He made sure I understood all the info he gave me and took his time. I appreciate that.
The woman at the reception desk was not at all friendly and the person sitting next to her was busy looking at silly clip art on her computer. The doctor's assistants (Tammy and ??) were great, Dr Ridder was awesome, Michelle, who checked me out was very pleasant and Patti, who helped me with new glasses was fantastic.
