Country Junction has an old fashioned feel. The clinic is very nice, helpful and goes above and beyond to meet needs. All interactions are very positive. The staff shows great empathy, providing time and space for closure. They make spots for clients and are very accommodating. The clinic never charges much for services, as though they are doing it for the community.
I had to put my puppy down today. Everyone I called in Wichita was booked. I think Tammy and Dr. Russell made a spot for me. They even let me come earlier.I have been grieving since I got the diagnosis. Had I gone to the humane society, I would not have the closure I do now. I was allowed the time and space to let her go. Dr. Russell even walked me out.The clinic has never charged much for their services. I feel as though they’re just doing it for the community.Thank you, Dr. Russell and Tammy for your empathy today.
Took care of my doggo, that I have had since I was a kid. He needed dental work, including a cleaning and extraction. As well as nails clipped and updated rabies shot. They were very kind, accommodating, and informative. They took note of my dogs reaction to meds he was sedated with, and we will definitely be back for future use from here on out. What a relief to find an in-town vet that can provide my fur family medical care as he grows old ♥️
